Werner Music has built itself on its reputation and by word of mouth referrals. Every year new students and families join the studio based on the recommendations of current students, reaffirming that the passion and experience our teachers put into their jobs is having an impact.
We had interviewed a few other vocal teachers before deciding on Tim at Werner Music, but from the moment we met him we knew it was a good fit. Not only is he an extremely talented singer and pianist, but he is patient and kind with our daughter who is new to music lessons. He starts with a primary focus of building confidence in his students through praise and encouragement while teaching the fundamentals of singing. Not only do we now have a child who is constantly happily singing around our home, but she also looks forward to her weekly lesson with her teacher that makes her laugh week to week. Alex has been a wonderful instructor and has really connected with our daughter. It has been great to see her become much more interested in the piano and actually wanting to practice some of the time! I attribute a lot of this new found interest in how Alex has been teaching her. Her has challenged her and made it fun at the same time.
I like Krissy because she is really calm and if you don’t understand something or get it right, it is okay. I like playing music games at the end of class.
Our kids have taken lessons with Krissy for 3 years. Krissy continues to make piano interesting and fun by including music games and selecting songs the kids enjoy. Recitals are a celebration of each child’s efforts.
